Job Overview
Management of the Sales Team
Oversee day-to-day management, guidance, and development of the sales and key accounts teams.
Ensure professional conduct and that team members understand their roles in acquiring new business and managing existing accounts.
Maintain a qualified prospect pipeline and consistent engagement with potential and existing customers.
Track revenue progress, monitor individual contributions, and ensure alignment with branch targets.
Support team in preparing business proposals, pricing, and sales presentations.
Identify and develop new business areas to expand regional and national reach.
Hold regular sales meetings to address key branch issues and ensure service delivery expectations are met.
Report on sales forecasts, performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity.
Coordinate marketing initiatives, operational support, and HR documentation.
Lead by example and actively support the team in joint calls and client engagements.
Build relationships with key decision-makers within top client accounts.
Facilitation of Sales Leads
Ensure a consistent pipeline of potential leads is generated and maintained to support new business development.
Reporting
Provide timely reports on sales pipeline, industry trends, team performance, and client activities to senior management.
