Job Overview

Management of the Sales Team

  • Oversee day-to-day management, guidance, and development of the sales and key accounts teams.

  • Ensure professional conduct and that team members understand their roles in acquiring new business and managing existing accounts.

  • Maintain a qualified prospect pipeline and consistent engagement with potential and existing customers.

  • Track revenue progress, monitor individual contributions, and ensure alignment with branch targets.

  • Support team in preparing business proposals, pricing, and sales presentations.

  • Identify and develop new business areas to expand regional and national reach.

  • Hold regular sales meetings to address key branch issues and ensure service delivery expectations are met.

  • Report on sales forecasts, performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity.

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives, operational support, and HR documentation.

  • Lead by example and actively support the team in joint calls and client engagements.

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers within top client accounts.

Facilitation of Sales Leads

  • Ensure a consistent pipeline of potential leads is generated and maintained to support new business development.

Reporting

  • Provide timely reports on sales pipeline, industry trends, team performance, and client activities to senior management.

Feedback and Updates

  • Keep senior management informed of any issues affecting new client acquisition, enabling prompt resolution and improved service delivery.
