Job Overview
Responsible for all operations, follow up, arranging logistics for our customers whether it be sea/air /import / export / rates negotiations / Ro Ro break bulk etc.
Handling actual operations i.e requesting ANF’s , paying lines , submitting docs to lines once released and the whole scope of forwarding / clearing operations (apart from doing the actual physical entry).
Estimating experience an advantage.
Controller will be given a portfolio of customers which she must handle all requirements / customer service update / operations etc. for these customers.
Detailed knowledge of dealing with all role-players in the logistics field is required as well as detailed operations experience.
Must handle shipments door to door, keep customers informed, arrange deliveries etc.
Reporting to Operations manager.
