Minimum Requirements
1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Sound knowledge of Incoterms.
Hands-on experience with Sea Freight Imports & Exports.
Airfreight knowledge advantageous (training will be provided).
Shipshape system knowledge would be a bonus.
High attention to detail.
Strong multitasking abilities

Able to manage VIP client shipments with accuracy and urgency.
Job Overview
Register files on ShipShape.
Loading documents on the system.
Track ETA’s update on the system.
Track export stacks.
RCG files.
Request for shipping line/airline invoices.
Track unpacks, book time slots with relevant unpack depot to collect cargo.
Batch documents for customs submission.
Batch documents for Port health/Plant and for drivers deliveries.
Doing clearing instructions on ShipShape.
Doing transport instructions on ShipShape.
Keep senior controllers updated with any changes to shipments.
Assist with tracking via whatsapp on weekend and public holiday deliveries.
They will alternate with the senior, so one weekend the senior will track and the next the junior.
