Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • A postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or postgraduate diploma in Business or Marketing will be advantageous.

  • Additional professional training in sales leadership, key account management, commercial strategy, or negotiation would be beneficial.

  • Minimum 8–10 years’ experience within sales, business development, or commercial environments.

  • At least 4–5 years’ experience in a management or leadership capacity.

  • Demonstrated experience in driving new business development and revenue growth.

  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate sales teams effectively.

  • Strong experience in developing and implementing sales and commercial strategies.

  • Proven track record in managing large, key, or strategic client accounts.

  • Previous experience within logistics, courier, transport, supply chain, or other B2B service industries would be advantageous.
