Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
A postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or postgraduate diploma in Business or Marketing will be advantageous.
Additional professional training in sales leadership, key account management, commercial strategy, or negotiation would be beneficial.
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience within sales, business development, or commercial environments.
At least 4–5 years’ experience in a management or leadership capacity.
Demonstrated experience in driving new business development and revenue growth.
Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate sales teams effectively.
Strong experience in developing and implementing sales and commercial strategies.

Previous experience within logistics, courier, transport, supply chain, or other B2B service industries would be advantageous.
