ShipShape experience advantageous.
Clearing and forwarding exposure advantageous.
Strong understanding of import freight forwarding processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Computer literate with knowledge of freight forwarding systems.

Job Overview
Coordinate and manage import groupage shipments from origin to final delivery.
Monitor shipment movements and provide regular updates to clients.
Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and processed timeously.
Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, warehouses, and overseas agents.
Submit shipment documents for customs clearance and follow up on releases.
Arrange deliveries once customs clearance and cargo release is obtained.
Capture shipment details and maintain accurate operational records on the system.
Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service.
Follow up on shipment delays and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Ensure invoices, costing, and shipment files are completed accurately.
Work closely with operations and clearing teams to ensure smooth shipment flow.
Assist with additional clearing and forwarding functions when required by operational needs.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and import regulations.
