Job Overview
Monitor and track shipments from origin to final destination, ensuring orders are processed and delivered within required timelines.
Confirm purchase orders, delivery schedules, and receipt of goods with suppliers, transport providers, and clients.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely dispatch and arrival of goods.
Maintain and update shipment records, tracking reports, and delivery status information on internal systems.
Expedite urgent orders and proactively resolve delays or shipment issues.
Communicate with clients regarding shipment progress, delivery schedules, and any changes or delays.
Coordinate and ensure completion of customs and shipping documentation for international shipments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, transporters, and clients to ensure efficient service delivery.
Work closely with suppliers to prioritise orders, monitor fulfilment, and confirm delivery dates.
Resolve delivery disruptions, shortages, damaged cargo, and shipment discrepancies efficiently.
Handle and resolve procurement and logistics-related queries within required timelines.
