  • Strong knowledge of the metals and minerals market and supply chain.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage key client relationships.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability.

  • Ability to travel when required.

  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying opportunities for additional business.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
