Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12.
Certification in Warehousing & Stock Management.
At least 4 years experience in a position of responsibility in logistics/warehousing.
Warehouse management (inventories, controls).
Health, safety and security standards.
Strong administrative skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with staff and suppliers.
Fostering teamwork.

Job Overview
Oversee and coordinate daily special cargo, warehouse, and distribution operations to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
Monitor operational activities and provide regular shipment and service updates to clients.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational processes and workflow efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and operational procedures.
Manage timely invoicing and accurate cost allocation for operational files and projects.
Arrange casual labour and replacement staff to support operational requirements when needed.
Act as backup support for departmental management during periods of absence.
Serve as the primary communication point for customers, addressing queries, requirements, and complaints professionally.
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve departmental profitability and operational performance.
Prepare and submit weekly operational and performance reports to management.
