Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Transport Economics, or a related field.
A postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience within logistics, last-mile operations, channel management, or retail operations.
At least 2–3 years’ experience in partner/vendor management and commercial negotiations.
Proven experience managing agent networks, franchise operations, retail partnerships, or channel partners.
Experience in field enablement and operational support.
Strong financial and operational management skills.
Good understanding of cash handling procedures, reconciliations, and dispute resolution processes.
Technical knowledge of TMS systems, POS platforms, mobile partner applications, barcode scanning technology, and basic API integrations.
Understanding of logistics and supply chain network design principles.
Experience with performance management frameworks and operational KPI tracking.
Knowledge of commercial pricing models and cost-to-serve analysis.
Strong understanding of risk management and contingency planning.
Experience in contract negotiation and SLA management.
