Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Transport Economics, or a related field.

  • A postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.

  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience within logistics, last-mile operations, channel management, or retail operations.

  • At least 2–3 years’ experience in partner/vendor management and commercial negotiations.

  • Proven experience managing agent networks, franchise operations, retail partnerships, or channel partners.

  • Experience in field enablement and operational support.

  • Strong financial and operational management skills.

  • Good understanding of cash handling procedures, reconciliations, and dispute resolution processes.

  • Technical knowledge of TMS systems, POS platforms, mobile partner applications, barcode scanning technology, and basic API integrations.

  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain network design principles.

  • Experience with performance management frameworks and operational KPI tracking.

  • Knowledge of commercial pricing models and cost-to-serve analysis.

  • Strong understanding of risk management and contingency planning.

  • Experience in contract negotiation and SLA management.
